摘要:复摆鄂式破碎机的机构属于四杆机构中曲柄摇杆机构的应用,其中曲柄作为主动件。鄂式破碎机以结构简单、性能可靠、维修方便在物料粉碎行业广泛应用。用于石料生产线中的复摆鄂式破碎机的动鄂,是直接悬挂于偏心轴上的,是曲柄连杆机构,没有单独的连杆。由于动鄂的运动是由偏心轴的偏心从而直接带动活动鄂板做垂直和水平的复杂摆动,动鄂上各个点的摆动轨迹就是由顶部的接近圆形连续变化到下部的椭圆形,越是下部的椭圆形轨迹越扁,动鄂的水平行程则由下往上越来越大的变化着,因此对石块不但能起压碎、劈碎,还能起辗碎作用。由于偏心轴的转向是逆时针方向转动,动鄂板上各点的运动方向都有利于促进排料,因此,破碎率较高、破碎效果好,材料粒度均匀且多数呈立方体。48111

本文通过分析复摆颚式破碎机的工作原理及其结构尺寸对破碎机性能的影响,通过全方位的考虑设计出既能高效率的工作,有能有效节省成本,保护环境的复摆颚式破碎机并逐步改进,以求取得更好的效果。

Jaw plate Designing of PE-1600 Jaw Crusher

Abstract: Compound pendulum jaw crusher institutions belong to the application of crank rocker mechanism of four bar linkage, crank as active parts. Jaw crusher with simple structure, reliable performance, convenient maintenance is widely used in the material crushing industry. Used for stone production line of compound pendulum jaw crusher of hubei, is hanging on the eccentric shaft directly, is the crank connecting rod mechanism, no single connecting rod. Because of the moving jaw movement is by the eccentricity of the eccentric shaft so as to directly drive the activities do the complexity of the vertical and horizontal swing jaw plate, moving the motion of the various points on the track of hubei is from the top of the near to the bottom of the oval round continuous changes, the more lower the oval track more flat, dynamic horizontal stroke of hubei is increasingly changing from down to up, so on rocks not only can crush, split, also plays a role of shredded. Because of the eccentric shaft steering is counterclockwise rotation, motion direction of each point on the moving jaw plate is beneficial to promote discharge, therefore, the broken rate is higher, crushing effect is good, the material granularity and the majority of the cube.

In this article, through analyzing the working principle and the structure of the compound pendulum jaw crusher size effect the performance of the crusher, through comprehensive consideration to design can work with high efficiency, can effectively save the cost, to protect the environment of compound pendulum jaw crusher and gradually improve, in order to achieve better effect.
