摘要本论文首先介绍了机器人的发展史，国内外研究现状及存在的问题，然后全面地分析了机械手臂的运动过程与计算公式理论，完成了机械手臂结构方案总体设计，并对六自由度机械手的零部件进行了详细的设计，完成满足设计要求的详细结构设计方案，再运用绘图软件Solidworks2010对机械手臂进行三维建模和运动仿真，最后对课题进行了总结。51355

本仿工业机器人手臂能够实现智能物体抓取搬运，自动焊接等功能，可以减轻劳动强度，改善作业条件，提高劳动生产率和产品质量，可以代替人类完成危险、重复枯燥的工作，因此具有重要的现实意义。此外，该机器人手臂也可作为教学用机器人，能够使学生近距离地接近工业机器人并观察其工作过程，使学生对机械手臂系统有更深层次的了解。

 Abstract

      This paper introduces the history of the robot,research status and existing problems firstly.Then,it analysis movement process of the robot arm and calculation formula of the theory comprehensively.At the same time ,it designs the parts of the robot in detail .It completed the overall design of the robot and detailed structure design meeting the design requirements.Then,it completes the 3D modeling and simulation by solidworks2010.At the last,it summarizes this subject concisely. 

       This robot can crawl and transport the objects intelligently .It also can weld the workpiece automatically.It can reduce the labor intensity,improve the operating conditions and improve the production efficiency and quality .Therefore it has the practical significance. In addition, the robot also can be used in teaching ,it can make students observe the industrial robot working process closely , so that the students could have a deeper understanding of the robot system.
