摘要本文主要阐述了液压仿形立式车床液压系统,能实现的工作循环是:快速前进→工作进给→快速退回→原位停止,液压技术是机械设备中发展速度最快的技术之一,而液压仿形技术是液压技术中的一个分支,由于近年来与微电子、计算机技术相结合,液压技术进入了一个崭新的发展阶段,并且液压元器件制造技术的进一步提高,使液压技术不仅在作为一种基本传统形式技术中占有重要地位而且更以优良的静态、动态性能成为一种重要的控制手段。53100
在大批量生产中,利用液压随动仿形系统对形状比较复杂零件进行仿形加工,即容易保证加工质量,又能大幅度的提高生产率,减轻工人劳动强度。若再配装自动装、卸料机构,即可实现单机自动化。
本液压系统的设计,除了要满足主机在动作和性能方面规定的要求外,还必须符合体积小、重量轻、成本低、效率高、机构简单、工作可靠、使用和维修方便等一些公认的普通设计原则。液压仿形系统的设计主要是根据已知的条件,来确定液压工作方案、液压流量、压力和液压泵及其它元件的设计。
另外,在本专机的总体设计中还包括电器部分的原理图。在普通机床中,多数是由继电接触器来实现其控制的。电器控制线路是由各种有触点的接触器、继电器、按钮、行程开关等电器元件组成的控制线路。电器控制线路的作用是实现对电力拖动系统的起动、反向、制动和调速等运动性能的控制;本次设计主要通过对液压系统传动的分析,设计出机床电气线路图,继而实现机床的各种动作。通过电机型号及相关数据,查阅相关手册,找出符合要求的元器件。绘制出电气原理图。
整个设计过程的完成需要进行一系列艰巨的工作。设计者首先应树立正确的设计思想,掌握先进的科学技术知识和科学的辩证的思想方法。同时,必须坚持理论联系实际,并在实践中不断总结和积累设计经验,向有关领域的科技工作者以及从事生产实践的工作者学习,不断发展和创新,才能更好地完成机械设计任务。
