液压泵和马达作为液压系统的动力元件和执行元件,是整个液压系统的心脏,它们的性能直接影响着整个液压系统的性能。因此液压泵、马达性能的精确测试有着非常重要的意义。液压泵和马达的性能测试是辨别产品优劣、改进结构设计、提高工艺水平、保证系统性能和促进产品升级的重要手段。
本次设计就是通过测定液压泵液压泵、液压马达在给定外界情况下的排量、流量、容积效率等,检验液压泵和液压马达的是否合格。
设计了液压泵与液压马达实验台液压系统,并对有关参数进行了计算,绘制了液压泵与液压马达实验系统原理图、泵站装配图、油箱的部件图、阀块零件图一系列相关立体图与二文图纸,为液压泵与液压马达实验台液压系统的设计奠定了理论基础。
