摘  要：随着经济的快速发展，越来越多的企业为了做大做强，转向社会寻求资金来源，通过社会大众的资金来扩大生产，进一步提高企业的实力。零食业企业也不例外，近几年来，越来越多的零食业企业选择上市，而由于自身的原因和其他外部各种因素影响，零食业上市公司仍存在许多问题，约束了企业的发展。本文主要以来伊份公司为例，通过对该公司财务报表、内部负债结构、信息披露、风险控制的分析，指出其在资金运营结构、信息披露、财务风险等方面的问题，进一步提出有利于零食业上市公司发展的解决措施，来保证零食业上市公司在激烈的市场竞争中实现稳步发展。90787

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, more and more enterprises began to raise money from public to make their company bigger and stronger。 They want to expand their production and improve their company by the money raised by social public。 The Snack industry is not an exception。 More and more snack companies began to go public in recent years。 However, many snack firms have several problems unsolved because of the limits by their own and some other matters。 This paper takes Shanghai Laiyifen Company as an example, pointing out its problems in the structure of funds operating, information disclosure, financial risk and other financing channels through the plant solvency, internal debt structure, information disclosure and the analysis of risk control, and then puts forward a further solution to Listed company of Snack industry, in order to ensure the healthy and steady development of the listed company of Snack industry in the fierce market competition。
