摘要：健身教练员是对健身会员的锻炼活动进行专业的健身知识指导、健身技能传授等活动的指导人员。健身教练员的专业素质和教学水平是人们健身活动能否科学、健康开展的关键。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法，数理统计法，分析比较法等方法，对西华县7家大型健身俱乐部私人健身教练的队伍结构、工作状况等进行了调查及分析，就整体而言，西华县私人健身教练学历水平偏低，教练员保护帮助能力，运动损伤的处理，动作示范能力，动作纠错能力等都各有不足，针对这些问题作者提出了相应的建议。83046

周口市西华县健身俱乐部教练现状调查与研究

引言

健身私人教练是健身俱乐部中为会员进行专业的一对一的健身指导人员。在现代健身俱乐部和康体中心，指导大众消费者进行身体练习活动，传授与健康相关的知识及专业运动技能。为了满足个性化健身消费者的需求出现了这一新兴的职业。中国的健身行业起源于20世纪80年代到现在已经走过20多个年头，特别是改革开放以后，随着人民生活水平的提高和全民健身计划的倡导，以及2008年北京奥运会的举办，中国人的健身意识得到了很大的提高。本文通过对西华县部分健身俱乐部的走访调查，分析教练员队伍的现状，为西华县健身俱乐部教练的职业规划提供理论依据，推动健身俱乐部发展，进而推动西华县体育健身产业的发展。
