摘  要：现金流管理是企业经济活动中必不可少的环节，最终目的是保证企业资金稳定，使得企业价值最大化。本文以华润置地公司作为研究对象，首先简述企业现金流管理的基本内容，研究了企业现金流管理的目标方向和发展意义，其次简要概括了华润置地有限公司的基本情况，从华润置地有限公司的资产负债表和现金流量表进行分析，简要分析企业的财务状况及经营状况，探究华润置地有限公司现金流管理方面存在的问题，最后针对问题完善企业现金流管理的相关策略。94490
