摘要：作为我国“十二五”战略规划的新兴产业成员之一的污水处理行业，其名下的大部分污水处理企业正以一种超高速的模式向上发展，大批投资者、经营管理者、股民等对污水处理行业的股票表示看好。在衡量了污水处理行业发展主要因素之后，污水处理行业的部分企业被定义为成长性公司，其股票的未来收益与投资者的投资收益和股本的价值有着密不可分的关系，影响了公司的未来发展。本篇论文开篇对于成长性企业的财务报告分析及股票未来收益的相关文献做了回顾，在此基础上渐渐深入推进，以污水处理行业的数据来进行研究，包括：成长性公司界定、成长性公司财务报表分析与股票未来收益文献、企业成长性影响因素研究等内容。在对成长型公司分析的基础上，选取污水处理行业8家上市公司作为样本，选用近几年的数据进行对比研究。基本结论为：作为新兴、朝阳产业的污水处理行业，政府予以高度的政策支持，同时注入大量的政府资金来推动其发展。污水处理行业上市企业股票收益受到多个因素的影响，如：总资产增长率、每股收益、市场变化等。我们试图对传统财务指标中加入新的财务指标，建立全面科学的评价体系，就能对污水行业成长性企业评价更科学合理。26839

In Research -- Origin-water Company as an Example the Growth of Listing Corporation in China
Abstract: As China's "second five" strategic planning of new industries, a member of the sewage treatment industry, the name of the majority of the sewage treatment enterprises are in a prime model of development ultrahigh up, large investors, managers, investors sewage treatment and other industries on the stock, said good. After a measure of the sewage treatment industry a major factor, the nature of the sewage treatment business is no doubt is defined as the growth of the company, the value of future earnings and investment income investor's share of its stock and has a close relationship, affecting the the future development of the company. This paper begins with the growth of the company's financial reports and stock analysis of future earnings do a review of the relevant literature, on this basis, gradually advancing to the sewage treatment industry data for research, including: growth companies defined growth financial statement analysis and stock future earnings literature, business growth and other factors affecting the contents. Based on the analysis of growth companies, selected eight listed companies as samples of sewage treatment industry, the choice in recent years, data were compared. The basic conclusion is: As an emerging industry, sewage treatment industry a sunrise industry, the government spoke highly of the policy support, and injected a large amount of government funds to promote their development. Sewage treatment industry stock returns listed companies affected by a number of factors, such as: total asset growth, earnings per share, market changes. We tried the traditional financial indicators in adding new financial indicators, the establishment of a comprehensive scientific evaluation system, the sewage industry will be able to assess the quality of higher growth companies.
