摘要近年来，市场经济的发展十分迅速，日渐成熟化、国际化。我国许多的企业为了在市场竞争中探索出一条生存与发展之路，选择不断扩大经营规模，向多元化发展。这需要大量的资金支持，因此开展的筹资活动越来越多。在企业的筹资过程中，管理人员不仅应对筹资的方式、渠道做出正确的选择，还应对筹资过程中的各种风险做出及时的判断与防范，这样才能有利于企业的经营和发展。因此选择合适的筹资方式，对筹资风险进行深刻的认识并采取措施加以防范控制是值得企业深入研究的问题。46007

本文以无锡太极实业为例，首先分析该公司的发展现状，其次通过对广义财务风险中筹资风险的识别与评估，分析该公司面临的筹资风险，试图寻找控制筹资风险的方法和途径。最后提出几点有效的控制筹资风险的建议，从财务危机的源头抓起，控制和规避筹资风险，以防范筹资风险的发生。

ABSTRACT In recent years, the market economy developed rapidly maturing and internationalization. Many of our companies to explore a development path of survival and competition in the market, choose to expand the operation scale, persified development, which requires a lot of financial support, and therefore more and more fund-raising activities. In corporate financing process, managers not only to deal with funding and channels make the right choice, but also to deal with various risks in the funding process to make timely judgments and prevention, so as to help enterprises and business development.
