摘 要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展，民营中小企业在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而在民营经济蓬勃发展的今天，民营中小企业也面临着众多发展的瓶颈。其中，融资难成为困扰民营中小企业发展的重要问题之一，一时间成为了各方关注的焦点。本文以民营中小企业的理论概念为基础，对民营中小企业融资难的现状和原因进行深入的剖析，并提出相应的对策与意见。最后结合无锡市陶都电力器件厂存在的融资问题，运用具体问题具体分析的方法，对民营中小企业提出建设性建议，并从提高企业自身素质开始，建立健全融资体系，完善相关的融资法律制度，使其在经济发展和社会稳定中占据更大优势。56933

Abstract：With the development of the socialist market economy, private small and medium sized enterprises play an increasingly important role in the national economy. However, in today's booming private economy, private small and medium enterprises are also faced with many development bottlenecks. Among them, the financing difficulties to become a major problem for the development of private small and medium sized enterprises, for a time became the focus of attention. In this paper, theoretical concepts of private small and medium enterprises, based on the situation and the reasons for the private financing of SMEs in-depth analysis, and the corresponding countermeasures and opinions. Finally, the existence of a private financing SMEs, using the method detailed analysis of specific issues, put forward constructive proposals for private small and medium sized enterprises and to improve their own quality from the start, establish a sound financing system, improve the legal system of financing related to occupy a greater advantage in economic development and social stability.
