摘 要
冰缘苔藓植物能在严酷高寒的环境下生存,所以它可能是很好的抗冻基因库。目前未见有关长期生长在低温冰缘环境中的高山冰缘苔藓植物的氨基酸含量水平与环境适应的关系研究。本文通过对新疆乌鲁木齐天山一号冰川消退区分布较为广泛的12种苔藓植物进行氨基酸含量的测定以及氨基酸水平和差异的分析,来探讨冰缘苔藓植物生理变化与环境适应的关系,阐明其适应严酷环境的机制。实验检测了17种氨基酸含量,实验结果表明:除拟金发藓、粗对齿藓、小石藓、牛角藓和仰叶拟细湿藓无半胱氨酸外,其他苔藓均具有17种氨基酸,说明这些苔藓植物的氨基酸组成基本与维管束植物相同。对17种氨基酸含量求平均值后发现,丙氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、赖氨酸、亮氨酸和脯氨酸含量较高,其中以丙氨酸含量最多,约占14。390%。刺叶墙藓、粗对齿藓、粗尖泽藓、皱蒴藓、小石藓、牛角藓、大湿原藓和仰叶拟细湿藓这8种苔藓植物的丙氨酸含量在所有17种氨基酸中都是最多的。而脯氨酸含量在所有12种苔藓植物的氨基酸平均含量中基本处于中上水平,约占7。464%。85217
Abstract
The peri-glacial bryophytes can survival in harsh and arctic environments, and it may be a good antifreeze gene pool。 Till now there is no research about the relationship between amino acid content and environmental adaptation of peri-glacial bryophytes which live in low-temperature ice-edge environment in their long-term growth。 The relationship between the physiological changes and the environmental adaptability of bryophytes and the mechanism to adapt to harsh environments was studied by analyzing the amino acid content of 12 bryophytes widely distributed in the retreat area of Tianshan No。 1 Glacier in Urumqi, Xinjiang。 The contents of 17 amino acids were tested。 The results show that bryophytes have all of 17 kinds of amino acids like vascular plants, except for no cysteine in Polytrichastrum alpinum (Hedw。) G。 Sm。 , Didymodon eroso-denticulatus (Mull。 Hal。) Saito, Weisia controversa Hedw。, Cratoneuron filicinum(Hedw。) Spruce, and Campyliadelphus stellatus (Hedw。) Kanda。 The average contents of alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, lysine, leucine, and proline were higher than other amino acids, and the content of alanine was about 14。390 %。 Among of the 12 bryophytes, the highest amino acids content of Tortula desertorum Broth。 Didymodon eroso-denticulatus (Mull。 Hal。) Saito, Philonotis yezoana Besch。 & Card。, Aulacomnium plaustre (Hedw。) Schwaegr, Weisia controversa Hedw。, Cratoneuron filicinum (Hedw。) Spruce, Calliergonella cuspidata (Hedw。) Loeske, and Campyliadelphus stellatus (Hedw。) Kanda is alanine。 Proline content in the average amino acids content of 12 bryophytes are in the upper level, accounting for 7。464%。
