摘要:盐胁迫是一种重要的非生物胁迫,会影响和限制作物的生长和产量。本研究的实验材料是:两个耐盐性不同的大豆品种Lee68(耐盐型)和Jackson(敏感型),用二氢卟吩铁(DHFe)对不同处理的大豆幼苗进行叶面喷施,分别对两种大豆的幼苗表型,株高等指标进行测定。研究结果表明:在盐胁迫的环境下,Jackson品种(敏感)和Lee68品种(耐盐)大豆幼苗的表型变差,株高降低,叶片的光合参数包括净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、和蒸腾速率(Tr)明显降低,叶片中的过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量,及超氧阴离子(O2•-)产生的速率均显著上升,并且Jackson大豆幼苗叶片中的抗坏血酸过氧化物(APX),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及过氧化物酶(POD)的活性均显著下降,然而Lee68幼苗叶片中这几种酶活性均明显上升,经过叶面喷施DHFe后,受到盐胁迫抑制的两品种大豆幼苗的以上指标,均都得以恢复,其中对耐盐性较弱的大豆Jackson的恢复效应比Lee68更加明显。本文为二氢卟吩铁作为植物生长和耐逆调节剂在大豆等作物的耐逆性化学调控和盐渍地区种植实践利用提供重要理论依据。26679 毕业论文关键词:大豆;二氢卟吩铁;生理效应;盐胁迫
Effects of foliar spraying of DHFe on physiological mitigation of soybean seedlings under salt stress
Abstract:Salt stress is a major abiotic stress that limits crop growth and yield. In this experiment, soybean varieties Lee68 (salt tolerant) and Jackson (salt sensitive) with the different salt tolerance as the experimental materials were sprayed on salt-stressed, soybean seedlings with DHFe. The phenotypes, plant height, osmotic potential, photosynthetic parameters and antioxidant enzyme activities were determined. The results indicated that under the salt stress, the phenotypic variation, plant height, leaf photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and transpiration rate(Tr) of Jackson and Lee68 decreased significantly, however the superoxide anion (O2.-) and H2O2 content in the leaves evidently increased. While the catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity significantly decreased in the Jackson’s leaves of soybean seedlings, these results were opposite to Lee68. After spraying DHFe, the above indexes of two kinds of soybean seedlings of salt stress suppression were all restored, and the recovery effect of Jackson was relatively obvious. This paper provides the important theoretical basis for the use of DHFe as plant growth and tolerance regulators in the resistance to chemical regulation of soybean and other crops.
