摘要:本文在蔗糖作为营养物质,8-羟基喹啉作为杀菌剂的保鲜剂配方基础上,探究了不同浓度的SA和6-BA对对切花菊叶片寿命、花部寿命、花径大小、吸水能力、鲜重变化等指标的影响,结果表明SA对于延长叶片寿命以及促进切花菊花径增大具有显著效果,还可以显著提高切花菊花枝的吸水能力,但高浓度的SA会导致切花菊花部的早衰。6-BA可以显著效延长叶片寿命、提高切花菊的吸水能力、促进切花菊花径增大,其中对切花菊叶片的保鲜效果显著优于SA,但对切花菊花径增大的效果不如SA。综合全面衡量,认为6-BA的保鲜效果优于SA。并筛选出了2种最优保鲜剂配方为:2%蔗糖 + 150mg/L 8-HQ + 30 mg/L SA、2%蔗糖 + 150mg/L 8-HQ + 5.0mg/L 6-BA。29045 毕业论文关键词:多头切花菊;保鲜剂;叶片保鲜;花部保鲜
Research Progress on Prevention Technology of Cut Chrysanthemum
Abstract: Based on sucrose as nutrients, 8 - hydroxyquinoline as fungicide antistaling agent formula, on the basis of exploring the different concentrations of SA and 6 - BA for cut-flower chrysanthemum leaf, flower of life life, flower diameter size, water absorbing capacity, the influence of the change of fresh weight index, select the two optimal fresh-keeping agent formula is: 2% sucrose + 150 mg/L 8 - HQ + 30 mg/L SA, 2% sucrose + 150 mg/L + 5.0 mg/L 6-8 - HQ BA. The results show that the SA for extend the life of the vane and the promotion of cut-flower chrysanthemum diameter has a significant effect, can significantly increase the water absorption ability of cut-flower chrysanthemum branches, but high concentration of SA can cause cut-flower chrysanthemum of premature aging. 6 - BA can significantly extend blade life and improve cutting.
