The Study on the Alleviating Mechanism of Aloe Vera Juice on Mung Bean Seedlings in Waste Battery Stress
Abstract: The experiment studied the alleviation of Aloe vera juice on mung bean in waste battery-polluted soil. The results showed that in the waste batteries stress, mung bean soluble protein content decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline content increased, the conductivity increases, membrane stability decreases, showing certain toxic effects. With a certain concentration of Aloe vera juice processing, soluble protein content increased, MDA and proline content decreased, the conductivity decreases. Description certain concentration of Aloe vera juice on waste batteries mung bean mechanism of stress relief, mass concentration is too high for waste batteries will weaken the role of stress relief. It could be concluded that the treatment of 50g/L of Aloe juice was the more appropriate to alleviate the waste battery stress in soil.
