摘要本试验以徐28为研究对象,用0.5mmol/L硝普钠作为NO供体,研究硝普钠对低温下甘薯幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在低温下,经硝普钠处理的甘薯叶片的生长状况较未经硝普钠处理的甘薯好。SNP能够缓解幼苗质膜相对透性的增加及叶绿素的降解,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。POD、CAT则表现出较高的活性。由此可见,硝普钠能够通过调节甘薯幼苗的有关生理指标来有效缓解甘薯幼苗遭受的低温胁迫损伤,从而提高甘薯的耐冷性。目前利用硝普钠研究甘薯抗寒性的研究尚未见报道,本试验借助甘薯为试验材料,研究结果能为生产上利用SNP提高甘薯抗寒性提供理论依据。50707

Study on the Enhancement of Sodium Nitroprusside on Cold Resistance of Sweet Potato
Abstract
Using the Xu 28 as the experimental materials and the sodium nitroprusside (SNP) as a donor of exogenous NO, the effects of SNP on sweet potato under cold stress were studied. The results indicated that the growth situation of sweet potato leaves treated by SNP was better than the sweet potato treated by water. SNP can alleviate the increase of relative permeability of sweet potato seedlings and the degradation rate of chlorophyll. SNP can reduce the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and increase the activity of POD and CAT. Therefore, SNP can effectively alleviate the damage of sweet potato by adjusting the related physiological indexes of sweet potato seedlings, so as to improve the cold resistance of sweet potato. The Study on the improvement of cold resistance of sweet potato by sodium nitroprusside has not been reported. The results of this research can provide theoretical basis for improving the cold resistance of sweet potato by using SNP.
