摘  要：学校体育是现代教育的重要组成部分，体育课对学生的身心健康具有重要作用。本文的研究目的是厘清朱码小学学校体育工作目前存在的问题，探索朱码小学学校体育工作有效的发展对策。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对涟水县朱码小学学校体育工作开展现状进行分析。本研究发现朱码小学学校体育工作目前的问题主要有：一、体育师资队伍弱、专业素质低；二、基础设施不足、经费投入少；三、升学率大于一切；四、体育课程内容单一；五、课外活动散漫、缺乏运动竞赛组织。基于实践需要，本研究认为唯有加强体育教师队伍建设和专业素质；加强基础建设和体育经费投入；加强体育课程资源开发与利用；丰富体育课外活动与组织体育竞赛；强化学校体育行政管理，才能改变目前朱码小学学校体育的现状。85881

Abstract：School sports is an important part of modern education, physical education plays an important role on the physical and mental health of students。 The purpose of this study is to clarify the existing work of Zhu Ma primary school physical education predicament, explore work of Zhu Ma primary school physical education effective way。 Through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis and other research methods, to Lianshui County Zhu Ma primary school school sports work carried out to analyze the present  situation。 The study found that work of Zhu Ma primary school physical education present difficulties are: first, physical education teachers is weak, professional quality is low; two, inadequate infrastructure, lack of investment funds; three, the enrollment rate is greater than all; four, the content of PE curriculum is single; five, the lack of extracurricular activities scattered, sports competition organization。 Based on the practical needs, this study argues that only the PE teachers to strengthen the construction of professional quality and; Strengthen the infrastructure and sports funds;To strengthen the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources, to enrich the extracurricular sports activities and organize sports competitions, and to strengthen the administration of school physical education, can we change the current difficulties faced by the elementary school physical education。

随着学校体育改革的不断深入，农村小学学校体育发展受到了专家、学者、教师的重视，并做了理论和实践的研究，取得可喜的成果，也为本研究提供了理论依据。但就其研究的数量看，农村小学学校体育发展战略研究相对比较薄弱。从诸多论文研究的结果来看，我国农村小学学校体育仍旧存在一系列问题：体育教育在农村小学学校教育中整体明显处于落后状态；体育师资队伍数量与质量明显不平衡；课外体育活动及课余训练仍是农村体育教育中的薄弱环节；学校场地器材达标率低；学校体育经费受到地区经济发展水平制约；教育经费严重短缺；农村小学学校体育管理处于松散和相对落后的局面。
