Abstract:With the development of China’s market economy and the dcepening of economic system reform,rural economic development has enterd a new historical stage, the rural industrial as an important part of the entire rural economic system more needs to make reasonable adjustment. Through the reality rescarch , makes conclusion on the history and the current situation of the Henan Province rural industrial structure, and analyzes the influences on income growth of the peasants and rural development before and after the optimization of the rural industrial structure adjustment.On the basis, the paper proposes measures suitable for the reform based on local conditions and continuous stable development of the Henan Province rural industrial structure, make optimization programs for Henan Province rural industrial structure adjustment.

河南省农村产业结构调整与优化研究
前言
随着社会生产力的提高，河南省的经济有了很大发展，但同时河南省的农村产业结构也面临着严峻的考验。对于河南省这样一个急需发展的省份来说，农村产业结构调整推动其发展的主要动力。目前河南省农村的产业结构还存在着很大问题，这种不合理结构阻碍了河南省的发展。其不合理主要体现在第一产业基础底子薄弱，内部产业不能协调发展；第二产业没有自己的特色产业；第三产业发展缓慢、滞后，达不到国家的平均水平。以上这些问题导致河南省出现农产品出现了供大于求的、其他优质、新产品得不到满足、农民就业困难、收入偏低、收入增涨率较低的局面。以上这些束缚了河南农村经济的进步和发展，这就需要我们发现在农村产业结构中存在的问题，提出解决办法。在政府和市场的配合和支持下快速发展。
一、农村产业结构的概述
(一)农村产业结构的概念
农村产业结构是指在农村经济中各个产业部门之间及其内部的结合形式和比例关系，其研究对象包括一、二、三产业和各产业的内部产业。农村产业结构调整是在本身的因素和外部环境影响下调整和建立合理的产业结构，目的是促进经济和社会的发展，还有人民物质文化生活的提高。合理利用资源协调各产业发展；提供满足社会需要产品和服务、给劳动者提供充分的就业机会。
