前言
农业是国家自立的基础，是国民经济稳定的根基，是人民的衣食源头。农产品出口贸易不仅仅是实现农产品价值的重要途径，同时也是链接农业生产和消费的关键环节，在农业发展中起着越来越大的积极作用。农产品出口贸易的稳定健康发展，不仅促进消费，扩大农业生产规模、增加农民的收入、保障农民的利益，而且也对确保中国社会经济的稳定发展、保持持续的经济增长、优化农产品产业结构具有深远的意义。随着近年来的发展，由于农产品出口贸易规模的扩大,不仅反映了农产品出口市场的多元化，同时也反映了我国农产品出口所面临的困境。研究中国对日韩之间农产品的贸易，能为我国政府制定合理地贸易与投资战略，建立区域贸易合作机制提供有效地参考。
