摘要:通过对江苏省六所高校的体育教育专业人才培养方案进行对比分析,得出结论:(1)江苏省高校体育教育专业人才培养目标均重点突出,能适应现代教育发展要求的中小学体育师资,具备从事学校体育教学、体育训练、体育竞赛工作的人才,人才培养趋向为从“一专人才”向“复合型”、“应用型人才”转变;(2)学校的必修课程内容选择较为接近,从某种程度上表明了各学校均能够从根本认识到体育教育专业学生的必修知识和技能的培养;(3)学校均设置选修课程来弥补必修课程知识的不全面,课程设置门数相对较多,能够体现出尊重学生的主体地位,培养学生的兴趣教育理念,也有利于学生多方面知识的学习;(4)存在的不足之处为:大多数学校培养目标忽视学生的创新能力和实践能力培养;学校课程设置缺乏地域性特色课程的开发;学校实践课程设置相对较少,不利于学生实践能力的培养,且教育实习较为集中;90707
