摘要  为了实现高等教育大众化的总的目标，国家教育部备案或批准设置了社会体育本科专业，截止2016年3月，全国共有164所高等院校创办了社会体育专业。本文以“江苏省不同类型高校社会体育专业培养目标”、“江苏省不同类型高校社会体育专业课程设置”及“江苏省不同类型高校社会体育专业业务培养要求”三个方面进行了调查与研究，分析不同类型高校在培养体育人才的差异，为促进我省社会体育专业的教育改革，提供了绵薄的依据，切实提高社会体育专业人才质量，也为改善江苏科技大学社会体育专业人才培养提出一些建议。经分析得出结论：师范类院校的培养目标定位相对保守，但还是偏高；综合类院校社体专业课程设置丰富，值得其他类院校学习；不同类型高校社体专业业务培养方案健全，有待落实。86442

Research on of the Performance Management Of the Commercial Fitness Clubs in Zhenjiang Downtown

Abstract Along with deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system,China's education system has been from the past school-running mode under planned economy system to adapt to the socialist market economic system gradually school-running mode transformation。 With the goal of "the popularization of higher education" put forward by the state，as of March 2016， the national total of 164 colleges and universities approved by the ministry of education for the record， or set up social sports undergraduate majors。 In front of the multilayered social demand for sports talents，how to strengthen the cultivation of sports talent quality，expand sports college student’s employment，in order to meet the multi-level needs to become the focus of our mutual concerns。 “University social sports professional education present situation in jiangsu province",“jiangsu province university social sports professional graduates employment outlook”and “social sports professional market demand in jiangsu province” three aspects has carried on the investigation and research， analysis of the training objectives and the market demand, employment prospects and graduate employment intention and between deviation between employment preparation， in order to promote social sports professional education reform in our province， offer reference to improve one-time employment rate of graduates， according to a study of the social sports professional colleges and universities in jiangsu province training objectives and the market demand， there is a deviation on the personnel training mode and the market demand for social sports talent type disconnect， cause your major graduates deeply social demand too little。
