摘要篮球是一项深受广大人民群众喜爱的适合大部分人群容易让人接受的体育项目，它不仅可以锻炼身体、愉悦身心， 而且在高水平的篮球比赛给观众带来视觉的享受，丰富人民的精神世界。从篮球发展到如今，防守的技战术体系已经发生了变化，从被动的跟防到如今的主动防守，牵制和压制对手在获得球权时的进攻，现如今的防守已经变得尤为重要。在美国篮球界流传着这样一句名言：打表演靠进攻，想赢球靠防守。许多世界级篮球队都把提高防守能力作为战胜对手的重要依据。本人主张不能一的讲究进攻，而是要将防守重视起来，一个防守好的队伍就没有后顾之忧，它的进攻才会随心所欲。根据本次2014年亚运会中国男篮的防守视频进行分析，提出中国男篮的防守优点和不足。46970
