摘 要：本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对洪泽县3所中学学生课余时间参与篮球活动的现状进行调查和分析，以更好地了解课余篮球能在中学生中的开展。结果显示：中学生没有足够的时间参与课余篮球活动，学校领导对中学生参加课余篮球活动的重视程度不高，场地器材上存在问题。中学生参与课余篮球活动目的是为了锻炼身体，享受乐趣，参加形式以3vs3、4vs4的半场篮球活动；学校可以适当组织篮球比赛活动，培养学生对篮球活动的兴趣，增强学生参与课余篮球活动积极性。此外，对场地器材等方面的改善，以便中学生参与课余篮球活动。53865

1 前言
课余体育是中学生在课余时间，运用各种锻炼身体的方法，以增强体质，活跃身心、提高运动技术水平和丰富业余文化生活为目的，进行的课余体育活动。课余体育活动是学校体育、现代教育的重要组成部分，是实现学校体育目标的途径之一，也是中学生在德、智、体、美各方面全面发展的重要手段。由于学生的运动参与性和积极性较强，以及篮球的相对普及和体育赛事的报道和宣传，也使中学生对课余篮球活动的兴趣逐渐增高。如果能够开展好中学生课余篮球活动，不仅可以增强学生的身体素质，促进学生的身心健康，也能更好地推动学校体育的发展。本文通过对洪泽县3所中学的课余篮球活动进行了调查和分析。
