摘要为了提高坦克炮塔相对底盘的转角测量精度,论文提出了一种基于旋转变压器原理的高精度动态测角系统。该系统主要结构是双通道旋转变压器。采用RS-422串行通信接口与上位机通信,实现绝对角度与相对角度的数字输出,能够实现N×360°(N表示圈数)范围内转角信息的高精度动态测量,并完成上电瞬间角度定位功能。

Title The research that Dynamic Measurement device of Turret Rotation Angle
Abstract
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of tank turret rotation angle, this paper proposed an dynamic-high-precision measurement system of turret rotation angle based on totary transformer.This system is composed of mechanical drive system and dual channel totary transformer.The system can achieve N×360°(N express cycle number)range dynamic-high-precision rotation angle measurement,and use serial RS-422 to communicate with PC, which could realize absolute-and-relative digital angle outputting .It also could position and orient instantaneously when powered on.
This paper introduced the background,purpose,significance and the development of angular measurement technology. Compareing various theories, a measurment system which constucted by mechanical transmission system and totary transformer was proposed. It analyzed the working principle of the angle measuring system and discussed classification and working principle of the totary transformer. The circuit board of the decoding whose core of the device is HTS20R and the circuit board of the optoelectronic positioning system whose key components is composed of launching board and receiving board was designed.This paper studied the dynamic characteristics of the system in the laboratory environment through the photoelectric autocollimator calibration platform, the results showed that the measuring real-time system was stable and reliable.The accuracy of measurment angular was 30〞. The tank turret has satisfied the integration of the stable sighting and the inertial navigation system required precision.
