摘要21世纪人类全面进入了海洋经济时代。海洋资源的开放利用已为全世界所重视,中国是海洋大国,拥有18000多公里绵长的海岸线,有着富饶的海洋资源,然而海洋资源的开发利用首先必须依赖于海岸与近海工程。同时海洋的环境条件十分恶劣,海岸工程的设计理论与建造技术必须保证安全可靠,防波堤作为海岸防护工程,必须能在波浪、潮汐等荷载复杂多变的环境中结构稳定、安全可靠地运行。由此可知,防波堤的变形监测与分析对海岸工程系统结构的综合安全性和风险的分析是十分重要的,对沿海经济地区的保护乃至发展我国蓝色国土有着积极的意义。
本课题基于对一般小型海岸防护工程的变形监测数据处理与分析,综合考虑实际工程中经济效益与精度要求,同时满足作为海岸防护工程所要求的荷载能力与工程生命周期。通过对温州市洞头县某一防波堤进行多期监测数据为基础,采用作图法、对比法获取防波堤的沉降、倾斜、水平移动、水平变形、沉降变形速度、沉降变形加速度的技术指标的折线趋势图,及发生显著沉降变形点的沉降变形过程曲线,分析防波堤的沉降变形特征,总结出防波堤沉降变形的规律,并结合外界环境条件,分析相互之间的关联关系,明确防波堤沉降变形的主要影响因素,并依据海岸工程保护措施以及水工建筑物变形原理,提出减小沉降变形的有效措施。39863
