摘要众所周知,除理想平面波及球面波之外的波阵面在传输过程中,其形状将随传播距离的变化而发生变形,而涉及到非理想波面在传输过程中的变形与传播距离之间关系的问题,属于学科基础研究课题。为解决所在课题组使用波前传感器检测自由曲面面形中遇到的波面溯源问题,即由探测器接收信息处理得到的波前,逆向求得自由曲面处波前,本文研究分析了波面传输理论现有研究成果,在此基础上,选择相应的波面传输理论,推导泰勒模式下的波面传输公式,并对其建模。基于泽尼克项与具体像差的对应关系,本文完成了泽尼克系数与泰勒系数间转换矩阵的推导并用matlab计算出与前优尔阶像差相关的一个28 阶矩阵。最后本文用自建模型对具体经典像差传输求解,将其应用至实例。 41528 毕业论文关键词 波面传输理论 波面传输模型 波前像差表征 波像差
Title The theory of the wavefront propagation and its modeling
Abstract It’s well considered that the wavefront propagates along its normal and, its shape would be continuously changed apart from ideal sphere or plane wavefront. The problem involving the relationship of the deformation of the wavefront and the propagating distance is quite active in kinds of optic areas of researching such as ocular wavefront technology、interference optics, etc. To solve the problem encountered in a project, this article developed the propagation equations based on one of the wavefront propagation theories to model it. The wavefront aberrations is represented by Zernike Polynomials but the process of propagation is realized by taylor monomials, so this article managed to calculate the conversion matrix between the coefficients of Zernike polynomials and Taylor monomial. The propagation of Seidel aberrations is characterized by the model in last part.
