摘要:LED作为新一代的照明工具有着启动时间短响应度快、所使用的功率小消耗的能量低、所发出的亮度高、可以使用的寿命长等众多的优点,但是LED最大的问题就是光电转化效率低,只有15%-20%,而有超过60%-70%的能量转变为热量的形式散出。而面对工矿灯这样的大功率LED而言,散热的需求就更加的艰巨和重要了。43789

本文在传统的工矿灯(太阳花式模型)下通过相变式热管与纯金属材质热管的散热比较,了解相变传热的原理与优点,从而分析影响其散热的薄弱环节,并利用相变技术制作热管散热器,设计适合大功率LED工矿灯的散热器结构,进行100W 大功率LED 工矿灯的数值模拟散热实验,得到能够满足芯片温度低于120℃的最优化的散热结构,为进一步改善LED工矿灯散热效果、完善LED工矿灯散热的技术手段、指导LED工矿灯组装及生产奠定基础。

Design and application of phase change heat transfer in LED  mining lamp

Abstract: As a new generation of LED lighting tool with a short response time of fast start, small power consumption of the energy used by low and high brightness emitted, many of the advantages of long life can be used, but the biggest problem is the LED photoelectric conversion efficiency low, only 15% -20%, while more than 60% -70% of the energy into the form of heat dissipated. In the face of such high-power LED mining lamps, the demand for heat is even more difficult and important.

In this paper, the heat pipe comparison in the traditional mining lamp (sunflowers formula model) under phase transition formula and cooling pure metal heat pipe, understand the principles and advantages of phase change heat transfer, which analyze the impact of its cooling weaknesses, and phase change technology to produce heat pipe radiator, designed for high power LED mining lamp heat sink structure, conduct 100W High power LED mining lamp cooling numerical simulation experiment of being able to meet the temperature is below 120 ℃ optimized heat dissipation structure to further improve LED mining lamp cooling effect, improving LED mining lamp cooling technology, LED mining light guide assembly and production of the foundation.
