Current Situation and Development Tendency of Micro-blog Public Welfare Activities
Abstract：With the development of modern communications technology such as Micro-blog and micro letter and the traditional charitable activities are questioned by the public, Micro Philanthropy, a modern charity model which stems from the fork, is growing up, especially the microblogging public benefit activities that people pay more and more attention on. This article takes Dunfee’s Free Lunch and Yu Jianyong’s Take Pactures,ect, as examples to analyze the Micro Philanthropy. First, it introduces the definition of Micro Philanthropy and comb its development. Then it analyses the predominance of Micro Philanthropy, such as the persity of the subject, the persity of forms, manifold interaction between on and off the Internet, By improving the attention to the Micro Philanthropy, changing people’s view on it, promoting all the people to be participation and the building of the management system of charities, problems in the Micro Philanthropy can be solved and people can know the Micro Philanthropy better and more people can be involved in the Micro welfare activities.

浅析微博公益活动的发展现状和趋势
2011年6月20日，微博上一个名叫“郭美美baby”的女孩引起了众人瞩目。郭美美微博上的认证身份是“红十字会商业总经理”，她的炫富行为引起了公众的强烈质疑。郭美美事件的发生，使得官方慈善陷入了前所未有的困境。与此同时，随着人们对于慈善活动应透明、公开的要求，以及科学技术的进步应运而生的一种新兴的慈善活动——微博公益活动走近公众的视野，引起公众的高度重视。微公益与传统的慈善活动有很大的不同，不同的慈善发起人、不同的捐献方式、透明公开的捐款额、用途等等。微博公益活动以其平民化、分散化、扩大化、形式新鲜的趋势满足了人们的精神需求，但是微博公益活动也存在着许多弊端，根据微公益的发展现状及发展困境，寻找一条如何使微公益更好发展的道路。
