3。2。2Different learning strategies for different personalities
In order to make the second language learners have improvement in second language learning, teachers should deliberately give more chances to the introverted and less confident people to express themselves and encourage the extroverted students to cooperate with them。 And if the students have ambiguity, the teachers should give them more opportunities to practice。 In a word, teachers should teach the students in accordance with their aptitude。
For introverted learners, they should force themselves to speak more to establish a high self-esteem so that they can have courage to communicate with others no matter in real life communication or in language learning。 And they also can take part in some parties such as the student union to practice how to get on well with others and this process will lead them to become more and more extroverted and build their confidence (Dong 167)。 As a result, they can use what they have mastered to practice in daily life。
