Abstract:Tujia bridecrying songs is an important part of intangible cultural heritage of Xiangxi, is an important bearing Xiangxi cultural heritage, is the crystallization of collective wisdom of Tujia simple female writing for thousands of years. Although it now has gradually come out of people's lives, but we should not forget the Tujia culture and Tujia bridecrying songs, but should strengthen publicity and education, will convey a positive attitude towards life to people, so that people recognize its real value lies. I started studying from the origin and development of Tujia bridecrying songs, songs of the artistic features and the artistic charm, let more people to understand and love Hunan Xiangxi Tujia bridecrying songs.

长歌当哭——浅谈湖南湘西土家族哭嫁歌的艺术特色
号称“中国式咏叹调”的土家族哭嫁歌，在当今飞速发展的社会中，并不被大多数人理解和熟悉。那朴实、自然而又独特的土家族风，呈现出更加多元化的发展方向。作为中华民族的宝贵的非物质文化遗产，它里面生动，活泼的土家族姑娘带给人们的印象也是非常深刻的。哭嫁歌的发展史其实就是土家族文化的发展史，昭示着土家族的历史转变和文化发展。研究哭嫁歌也是在研究土家族婚俗和文化的发展。此外，在对土家族的语言与文化和宗教研究上为我们提供了有价值的信息，也为我国在不同历史时期土家族女性改变的心理过程的理解产生了重要的作用。 作为土家人特有的婚俗礼仪文化之一的哭嫁歌，经过土家族妇女们的传唱，将土家族的民族生存观和民族生命观一一在我们眼前展现开来。
在本文中，我通过对土家族哭嫁歌的艺术特点和土家族哭嫁歌的起源与发展的研究，对土家族哭嫁歌的艺术魅力进行综合分析。我希望可以对保护继承土家族婚礼的研究论文产生作用。

（一）土家族的简介
土家族是中华五十优尔个民族中的一员，虽是少数民族，但数量繁多，主要分布在云南，贵州一带。云贵高原养育了一代代土家人。毋庸置疑的是土家族也有自己的方言，自己的民俗文化和生活特色。
