Abstract: "Three bend" is one of China's national dance typical body modelling, began to form in the dai dance posture model has more national characteristics, is the dai national minority unique physical characteristics. Based on "three bending" dynamic law of formation and evolution process of introduction, put forward and analysis of the art features of the "three bending", and to women DaoMeiLan performing solo "water" as an example, to illustrate the "three bending posture characteristics, and introduced the" three bending "to affect the dai dance.

浅谈“三道弯”在傣族舞蹈中的运用和发展
中国是由多个民族组合而成的国家，傣族是其中的一个能歌善舞的大民族。傣族人们把歌舞看作水和空气一般的重要。现在人们提起云南时，都喜欢讨论傣族地区的音乐舞蹈和生活习惯，傣族的服饰也逐渐受到了人们的喜爱。介绍傣族的时候，一般喜欢用傣族的音乐舞蹈充当背景。傣族舞蹈不只是一种舞蹈，更是一个地区、一个民族文化的代表。傣族地区的舞蹈在内容上较为丰富，形式上也是多种多样的。舞蹈风格浓重，突出特色，它的独特之处表现在它的优雅、委婉与舞蹈动作的雕塑性特点。
“三道弯”是傣族舞蹈的精华，在傣族舞蹈里运用的越来越普遍，其中孔雀舞的体态特征就是“三道弯”。在学习傣族舞蹈时，要注意把握好“三道弯”的体态特点，即为上身旁倾、下肢半蹲、重拍向下、身体各部位都有弯曲。抓住傣族舞蹈的学习要领，能使我们更好的学习傣族舞蹈，提高我们对傣族舞蹈的理解。与此同时增强我们对傣族人们生活环境及习惯的认识，加快傣族舞蹈的发展节奏和发展质量。要想学好傣族舞蹈必须要认识到“三道弯”在傣族舞蹈中的运用与发展，必须认识到“三道弯”体态的重要作用。
