Analysis of Cai Wenji's "Eighteen beats"
Abstract: Guqin is a typical musical instrument of Han Chinese. Its existence can be traced back to the legendary era. The history of its melodies is slightly shorter than that of guqin. Guqin music as a form of art, not just is a subjective product, but also has a close relationship with society, history and education. Based on the "Eighteen beats”‘s creation historical background, author Cai Wenji’s tragic life experiences, the paper tries to let people understand the tragic and heartfelt sad tone, which is also her source of "Eighteen beats" .The superb artistic charm and unique music creation technique of Cai Wenji are also described, highlighting the charm of "Eighteen beats", its touching cultural heritage,and guqin heritage and development, to let people better understand and appreciate this piece of music art treasure- "Eighteen beats."

千古绝唱——浅析蔡文姬的《胡笳十八拍》
古琴是汉民族的一种典型乐器，其存在可以追溯到传说时代。古琴曲作为一种音乐艺术，是带有社会性、历史性和教育性的，是带有中国人的灵魂，代表着中国人的意志和力量。作为古琴曲音乐珍品之一的《胡笳十八拍》是蔡琰（文姬）所作。汉朝末年社会动荡，兵乱中文姬被匈奴掳去，曹操平定中原后，以重金赎回文姬，文姬对能归汉非常兴奋，却又为骨肉分离而陷入去留的两难境地，归汉途中感慨万千写下了这首诗歌——《胡笳十八拍》。叙唱她凄凉的遭遇和思乡别子的情怀。
一、 蔡文姬的生平
蔡文姬（约公元173—239年），也就是蔡琰，其父蔡邕，是东汉文学家、音乐演奏家。她自幼博学多才，精于天文数理，又善诗赋，通音律。蔡文姬的童年是生活在一个幸福的家庭，她的父亲是当时有名的大文学家、书法家，梁武帝称他：“蔡邕书，骨气洞达，爽爽如有神力。”蔡文姬从小被家庭的文学氛围所熏陶，长大后她更是文采出众。然而时局的变化，打断了这种幸福。东汉政府的腐败，终于酿成了黄巾起义，使豪强地主为代表的地方势力扩大。父亲被王允所诬, 全家充军, 她在外流浪了十几年。
