摘要 该设计项目的基地位于福建省南安市，是南安市中心城区的重要组成部分。南安市柳湖公园占地面积19.5公顷，是南安市重要的景观地段和城市开放空间，是未来城市在滨水区域结合的中心区域，将成为城市未来的核心。设计应结合国内外先进的设计理念，发挥和利用滨水的自然生态资源优势和特色，创造充满朝气活力、自然和谐之美的生态滨水公园。公园应规划设计需考虑文化传承、功能合理、生态优先、保留特色和满足当代人生活游憩休闲的需要。作为城市片区的后花园，营造优美宜人的都市休闲空间，成为南安城市的新名片，生态建设的新窗口，打造极具吸引力的投资环境。提升城市整体环境，服务周边居民片区，满足城市公园和自然公园的多重功能。立足规划，协调周边的环境未来的发展，形成整体的良性循环。综合体现公园的生态性与功能性。21092
