摘要：艺术中心自20世纪50年代在美国出现以来，在许多发达国家和发展中国家都得到了蓬勃的发展，不仅改善了城市艺术环境，提高了城市居民购物的便利性和满意度，而且都取得了较好的经济效益。进入21世纪以来，艺术中心规划设计也成为了我国城市商业开发的一个热点问题，对于仍处于起步阶段的我国城市艺术中心，在这股开发热潮背景下，却出现了许多困惑和问题。

由于其“新”，因此目前国内规划与建筑界还没有对社区商业中心有一个明确的定义，更缺乏系统的研究。我国目前艺术中心建设存在诸多问题，比如在规划布局上出线两个极端：要么是在规划设计初期并没有充分考虑文化、商业、娱乐等公共服务设施的设置，使居民文化对城市中心区文化的依赖较强，居民只得舍近求远或者简约生活；而另一方面，因文化服务的定位不准确，规划不合理，业态和前期定位趋同，出现了居住区文化设施建设过量，商用房闲置或生意冷清的现象，到目前为止，国内艺术中心设计鲜有成功的案例。23988
艺术中心设计相对滞后，分布不均衡、商业配套体系指标缺乏、便民与扰民的矛盾以及店铺空置、土地闲置等这一系列问题的出现，使居民对文化中心的规划提出了越来越多的质疑：我国艺术中心设计是否滞后？城市艺术中心设计存在什么问题？如何选择适应城市社区本土的艺术中心形态？
通过对以上问题的探讨，以期解决艺术中心设计过程中出现的困惑和问题。对今后城市艺术中心规划和设计有所启发。

Abstract: Art Center since its appearance in twentieth Century 50 years in America, have gotten great development in many developed and developing countries, not only to improve the city environment art, improve the convenience and satisfaction of city residents shopping, and have achieved good economic benefit. Since twenty-first Century, the planning and design of the Art Center has also become a hot issue of China's city commercial development, is still in the initial stage of China's City Art Center, in the upsurge of development background, but there have been many puzzles and problems.
Because of the "new", so the current domestic planning and construction sector is not a clear definition of community commercial center, the lack of systematic study. China's current art center construction has many problems, such as line two extremes: either in the planning is in the early planning and design did not fully consider the cultural, commercial, entertainment and other public service facilities, so that residents culture depends on the culture in the city center area is relatively strong, residents had to detour or simple life; while the other on the one hand, because the location of cultural service are not accurate, unreasonable layout, format and pre positioning convergence, the residential area cultural facilities construction in excess, a commercial housing idle or slow business phenomenon, so far, the domestic art center design seldom successful case.
The art center design is relatively backward, uneven distribution, lack of index system of commercial facilities, convenience and disturbing contradiction as well as shops vacant, idle land...... The appearance of this series of problems, so that residents of the cultural center of the plan put forward more and more questions: Art Design Center in our country lags? What are the problems of design of City Art Center? How to adapt the city community of local arts center form?
Through the discussion on these issues, problems and issues are presented in order to solve the art center design process. To enlighten the future planning and design of city art center.
