摘要:焊接机器人是当今数字化制造工厂和智能制造生产线不可缺少的工业机器人,焊接机器人的出现代替了焊接工艺复杂、焊接环境恶劣、焊缝质量差的传统人类焊接,其运动机构的自由度决定了其柔性的操作与控制;同时,焊接机器人的造型设计是当代社会为了追求市场利益最大化的一种手段,造型设计可以对焊接机器人的姿态、结构外壳、色彩、材质等进行重新和优化设计,不仅可以给企业带来巨大的利润,还可以使工作人员的情感和精神带来巨大的满足。本文研究了一种新型焊接机器人结构,分析特点并对其进行造型设计,并其做出实物模型,验证了造型设计的合理性与实用性,具体研究内容如下:
(1)阐明了焊接机器人及其造型设计的研究背景,调研了各个品牌造型设计的理念和市场价值以及发展趋势。
(2)针对一种新型焊接机器人机构,分析了其组成特点和其各个组成部分的结构特点,并拟定了每个关节的造型设计方案。
(3)分别运用草绘手法和三维软件建模方法对新型焊接机器人整体进行三维模型的建立,并做出实物造型设计模型。

Abstract:Welding robots are indispensable industrial robots for today's digital factory and intelligent lines. The emergence of welding robots replaces the traditional human welding with complex welding processes, which includes poor welding conditions and poor welding quality. The freedom of the motion mechanism determines its flexible operation design and precise control. At the same time, the design of welding robot is a means of maximizing the interests of the contemporary society. And the design of the welding robot can be redesigned and optimized the attitude and structure shell and color as well as material of the welding robot. In order to not bring huge profits to the enterprise, but also can make the staff's full of happy. This paper studies the structure of a new type of welding robot, and analysis its characteristics that makes a physical model to verify the rationality and practicability of the design. The specific contents are as follows:
(1) This paper Illustrated the research background of welding robot and its design, and investigated the concept and market value and development trend of each brand design.
(2) Aiming at the structure of a new type of welding robot, the structural characteristics of each component and the structural characteristics of each component were analyzed, and the design scheme of each joint was worked out.
(3) The three-dimensional model of the new welding robot was established by using the sketching method with the software of moliding.At last, the physical modeling design model is made in the factory.
