摘要环卫工人作为对美丽城市做出重大贡献的一个群体，他们的职业健康保障却得不到有效的完善。为了深入了解环卫工人的职业健康保障现状，本文对广州市六个区的环卫工人进行问卷调查和个案访谈，通过基本情况、工作状况和心理状况三个方面调查了环卫工的个体特征、工作环境、工作条件、福利保障、以及对工作、生活两方面的满意度和社会适应等指标，得出以下结论：广州环卫工的队伍素质较低，工作强度大，外包待遇相对较低，培训教育与健康意识缺乏，城市认同感缺失，社会地位较低；但社会保障有效落实，定期体检覆盖率高；工作满意度一般、生活满意度低。从而了解到环卫工职业健康保障存在政府政策的扶持力度不够、社会公众的环卫意识薄弱等问题，针对问题提出加强政府政策的扶持力度、畅通社会支持网络等完善建议。45794

Abstract
Sanitation workers as a group to make a significant contribution to the beautiful city, but their occupational health protection can’t be effectively improved. To better understand the occupational health status of sanitation workers, in this paper, the six districts of Guangzhou City sanitation workers conducted a questionnaire survey and case interviews. Through the three aspects of the basic situation, working conditions, mental status, we surveyed the inpidual characteristics, the work environment, working conditions, welfare and security, and satisfaction of the work and life aspects and social adaptation. The following conclusions: Guangzhou sanitation workers ranks low quality, high work intensity, outsourcing is relatively low remuneration, lack of training education and awareness of health, lack of urban identity, low social status; however, the effective implementation of social security, regular medical examinations with high coverage. Job satisfaction in general, low life satisfaction. Learning from all aspects, the problem is lack of government support policies, short of public sanitation awareness. For the problem, we propose suggestions that strengthen the government's policy support, smooth social support networks.

城市环卫工职业健康保障的完善
—基于广州市调查的分析
一、绪论
随着经济高速发展，城市化进一步加快，城市环卫工人在城市建设和经济发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。环卫工人是净化美化城市的主力军，为城市的文明和谐与可持续发展做出了巨大贡献。但是，由于环卫工整体素质较低、工作环境危险、福利待遇较差、社会地位低下等因素，造成其职业健康保障问题日益突出，与他们付出的辛勤努力形成强烈的反差。广州市环卫工人现已发展到4 万多人，广州市的环卫行业发展亦走在全国前列，选择在广州市开展调研，既具地方特色，也具较强的代表性。
本研究旨在对广州城市环卫工的职业健康保障进行问卷调查以及个案访谈，从调查中分析城市环卫工职业健康保障存在的问题，以寻求完善城市环卫工职业健康保障的有效建议。
