摘要:目的:研究甘草酸(Glycyrrhizic acid)对急性四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤小鼠的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤模型,分别设空白组,实验组。测血清中甘草酸的含量,观察肝损伤后小鼠对甘草酸的代谢的变化。方法:先建立肝损伤模型,取6只小鼠,雌雄各半,分2组,每组3只,0.3%四氯化碳腹腔注射.再继续三天灌喂甘草酸,最后一次灌胃后每半小时活体眼球取血,取小鼠血液,立即4000转/分,离心10min,保留上清血清。利用高效液相分析不同时间其在体内的含量。结果:通过比较正常小鼠和肝损伤小鼠对甘草酸的代谢得到肝损伤的小鼠比正常小鼠代谢变慢。甘草酸对于在体内的代谢雌雄差异不大。69057
