摘要:通过查阅相关的文献,在本文中我们设计以三苯基膦、氯乙酸叔丁酯等为原料,经季膦化、中和、缩合、环合四步反应得到拉西地平粗品,再经精制得拉西地平成品,在给定工艺参数的条件下,对拉西地平的缩合工序与环合工序进行了详细的设计阐述,给出设计说明书。缩合工序的原料为中和工序的产物三苯基膦乙酸叔丁酯与邻苯二甲醛反应得中间体,再与3-氨基巴豆酸乙酯反应得拉西地平粗品,即为环合工序。本设计的主要内容为物料衡算、能量衡算、工艺设备选型、公用工程主管的管径计算、车间布置和GMP阐述,绘制了工艺管道及仪表流程图(PID)、工艺设备平、剖面布置图、车间主管平面布置图。69784

Process Design of 25 - ton Lacidepine Condensation and Circulation Process
Abstract: By referring to the relevant literature, we designed the crude Lacidepine by quaternary phosphine, neutralization, condensation and cyclization in the presence of triphenylphosphine and t-butyl chloroacetate as raw materials. The refined drawing process and the ringing process of Lacidipine have been elaborated and given the design specification under the condition of given process parameters. The raw material of the condensation process is the product of the neutralization process. The reaction is carried out by reacting t-butyl triphenylphosphine acetate with o-phthalaldehyde and reacting with ethyl 3-aminocrotonate. The main contents of this design are material balance, energy balance, process equipment selection, calculation of pipe diameter of public works supervisor , workshop layout and GMP description, drawing the process pipeline and instrument flow chart (PID), process equipment, Layout plan, workshop layout plan.
