摘要为解决高增塑剂含量叠氮硝胺发射药的表面钝感剂迁移问题,设计选择多炔基化合 物作为钝感剂前驱体,与发射药中的叠氮基组份交联反应形成网状结构大分子钝感剂。本 文合成了三炔丙基间苯三酚醚(TPPG)、三炔丙基异氰尿酸酯(TPIC)两种钝感剂前驱体,采 用 FTIR、1H-NMR 和 DSC 进行了表征,研究了它们与聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)的交联反应活 性,并开展了发射药表面钝感应用试验研究。研究结果表明:合成产物满足目标化合物的 特征结构,样品三炔丙基异氰尿酸酯(TPIC)和三炔丙基间苯三酚醚(TPPG)与均可以在较 低温度(60℃)下与 GAP 反应,反应活性 TPPG>TPIC,两种钝感剂前驱体 TPIC 和 TPPG 采用 干法钝感工艺应用于叠氮硝胺发射药的表面钝感处理,都可以明显的提高发射药的燃烧 渐增性。76007

Title Preparation and application of multiple acetylene-termine deterrent precursor。
Abstract In order to solve the surface deterring technology problem of azidenitramine gun propellant with high plasticizer concentration, this paper selected multiple acetylene-terminated compound as deterrent precursor and introduced them into deterring system。Crosslinking reactivity between them and azide group form deterrent of macromolecular of network structure。 Two kinds of deterrent precursors were synthesized among the three phloroglucinol propargyl ether (TPPG), three propargyl isocyanurate (TPIC)。 Crosslinking reactivity between them and glycidylazide polymer(GAP) were researched and they were characterized with FTIR, 1H-NMR and DSC。 And carried out a study about application of surface propellant of gun propellant。The results shows: the product were the target compounds。 TPIC and TPPG can react with GAP at low temperature (60 ℃)。The sequence for cross-linking reactivity with GAP of four curing agents is TPPG>TPIC。The azidenitramine propellant was deterred in rotary drum,it used TPPG and TPIC as surface deterrent precursor,deterred propellant has obvious increasing combustion。
