    摘要:拉力采集能通过多种方式实现,通常,最众所周知的拉力测量装置和系统是拉力试验机。拉力试验机是通过拉伸试验达到检测材料、零部件、构件等的各力学性能的基础试验装置。同时具有自动计算各参数,自动统计结果,自动记录最大点、断裂点、指定点的力值或伸长量的功能。它广泛应用于质量检测、计量测试及实验研究,应用领域涉各行各业,成为了工农业生产、生活及国防建设不可或缺的重要基础性试验测试设备。22131
    本课题通过拉力试验机原理作为研究依据实现拉力数据的采集,设计一个硬件电路系统,针对不同情况选取合适的传感器及相应的测量电路;同时对搭建的单片机系统进行编程,利用单片机完成数据采集,并通过串行口或USB转串口将数据传送至上位机,由上位机完成对数据的进一步分析与处理。设计同时需考虑本系统的完善改造,提出实用性强、运用面广、成本低、功能基本齐全的方案,并加以实施;使系统更切合本课题的设计理念。
    在完善改造工作中,需从使用的实际角度出发,兼顾改造成本,针对拉力试验机的系统改造设计了传感器单元、应变信号调理单元、AD转换单元、单片机数据采集与控制单元。本系统以89C-51系列单片机和计算机技术为基本核心,利用现代控制技术和串行通信技术等完成了拉力采集系统的设计。以电阻应变片传感器、单片机、A/D转换器、CH341A的USB转串接口等硬件构成了整套的控制系统,实现拉力采集。

Tensile testing machine is completed with the upgrading of the modern, practical and applicable to a wide range of effective reform, low-cost and improved functionality,to make it familiar with the design concept of the topic.

With resistance strain gauge sensor, Single chip microcomputer, High precision A/D converter, RS232 converter to build the whole control system. to realize the tensile acquisition.
