    摘要:本文是基于三相逆变器软开关研究现状的分析和评价的基础上,对新型软开关三相PWM逆变器电路拓扑进行了深入研究。本课题是研究软开关三相PWM逆变器主电路拓扑结构及其控制策略,旨在探索一个实用的软开关三相PWM逆变器。
    提出了一种新的辅助谐振软开关三相PWM逆变器电路拓扑,有结构简单、方便控制、制作成本低、功率密度高等特点,可以实现逆变器电路的所有功率开关器件的软开关运动。研究该电路拓扑的软开关工作原理,分析了软开关三相PWM逆变器主电路的软开关模式,建立了逆变器软开关的行动过程的数学模型和控制策略,及其计算机仿真研究,为逆变器实验工作奠定了理论基础。
    研究软开关三相PWM逆变器行动的载波形式。指出在软开关逆变器电路拓扑中功率开关器件要实现软开关动作,必须根据不同的逆变器输出电流极性来选择正负斜率的锯齿载波,这是一个实现软开关动作的必要条件。使用优化SAPWM调制信号,提高直流电压利用率,并能有效地抑制逆变器输出的谐波电流。22633
    分析三相PWM软开关逆变器的磁通轨迹。指出在软开关PWM模式下,空间电压矢量发生非常大的变化,有时甚至没有零电压空间矢量,磁通轨迹旋转速度通过零电压空间矢量进行调节,使磁链的旋转速度保持和硬开关时的速度相等。分析了软开关PWM逆变器输出电流波形畸变的原因,提出了两种相应的电流补偿方法,有效地提高逆变器的输出电流波形。分析了谐振槽不正常的原因,阐述了软开关PWM逆变器驱动信号和谐振序列之间的关系,以确保软开关正常实施行动。论文网
    辅助谐振软开关三相PWM逆变器的实验研究,建立了系统实验平台,更好改变了软开关三相PWM逆变器系统的结构参数,实现了软开关动作的系统,和生产相应的实验样机,实验结果的分析,总结,实验结论验证了这种拓扑控制策略的正确性。

     Studying on three phase inverter based on soft switch technology
    Abstract:This article is based on the research actualities of three-phase inverter with soft switch, on the basis of analysis and evaluation of new soft switch three-phase PWM inverter topology circuit was studied. This topic is the study of soft switching three phase PWM inverter main circuit topology and control strategy, aims to explore a practical three-phase PWM soft switch inverter.
    Presents a new auxiliary resonant soft switch three-phase PWM inverter circuit topology, has simple structure, convenient control, low production cost, high power density, etc, can realize all inverter circuit power switching device of soft switch. Study the working principle of the circuit topology of soft switch, analyzes the soft switching three phase PWM soft switch inverter main circuit model, established the mathematical model of the action process of soft switch inverter and the control strategy, and the computer simulation research, laid a theoretical foundation for the inverter experimental work.
    Research on three-phase PWM soft switch inverter carrier form of action. Pointed out that in soft switch inverter circuit topology of power switch device to achieve soft switch action, must according to the different inverter output current polarity to select the positive and negative slope of the saw tooth carrier, it is a necessary condition for the soft switch action. Using optimized SAPWM modulation signal, and improve the utilization rate of dc voltage, and can effectively restrain the harmonic current of inverter output.
    Analysis of the three-phase PWM soft switch inverter flux track. Pointed out that in soft switching PWM mode, the space voltage vector have very big change, sometimes even no zero voltage space vector, flux trajectory rotating speed through the zero voltage space vector control, to keep the rotation of the magnetic chain and hard switching speed is equal. Soft switching PWM inverter is analyzed the reason of output current waveform distortion, two corresponding current compensation method
