摘 要:随着工业技术的发展,传统控制温度的方式带来了自动化程度不高、运行稳定性较差以及操作维护不方便等问题,已经不能满足高精度、高速度的控制要求。
针对这些问题,本文设计了基于PLC的锅炉内胆水温控制系统方案,该系统以西门子S7-200PLC为CPU模块,采用经典PID控制算法实现锅炉内胆温度的准确控制,通过MCGS组态软件完成监控画面,实现了对检测锅炉内胆水温的变化情况的实时检测;通过对系统中报警灯状态的变化的实时监控,得到准确的预警报警信息;通过系统画面组态、动态组态、和策略组态等,实现锅炉内胆水温的控制。
该方案的实现可以使锅炉内胆水温控制有一定的应用前景,可以满足现代工业高精度、高速度的要求,降低生产成本,提高生产力。93272

ABSTRACT: With the developmentof industrial technology, traditional control of the temperature, will result in some problems like less automated, poor operating stability and inconvenient of the operation and maintenance, it has been unable to meet the high precision and high speed control requirements。
In order to deal with these problems, This paper designed a boiler liner water temperature control system based on PLC。 The system takes Siemens S7-200PLC as the CPU module,Using classical PID control algorithm to realize the accurate control of boiler liner temperature。 The system completes the monitoring screen with MCGS configuration software,achieving the real-time detection of the changes of boiler water temperature 。Through the real-time monitoring of changes in the state of the alarm lights in the system getting accurate warning alarm information。 Through the system screen configuration, dynamic configuration and strategy configuration, achieving the control of boiler liner water temperature 。
The realization of this scheme can be used to control the temperature of the boiler liner, which can meet the requirements of high precision and high speed of modern industry, reduce production cost and improve productivity。
