    摘要焊接是现代工业生产中不可或缺的加工方法,而弧焊电源是决定焊接质量的关键因素。逆变弧焊电源是近年来发展起来的一种小型、轻量、高效、节能的弧焊电源。模糊控制方以其适用范围广,控制精度高等特点已广泛应用于生产的各个领域,随着微机技术的发展,将其应用于弧焊电源已经成为可能。本课题以研究出性能优越、经济实用的逆变弧焊电源为目的,将最新的软开关逆变技术和先进的模糊控制方式结合起来应用于弧焊电源的设计之中[1]。26123
    本文探究的主要内容是基于模糊控制的逆变弧焊电源,主电路由输入整流电路、全桥逆变电路、高频变压器、输出整流电路构成,控制系统采用AT89C52型单片机为核心、结合模糊PID算法,获得所需的稳定的输出电压和电流。
    本文首先介绍了逆变弧焊电源的重要意义和逆变弧焊电源的研究现状,随后对国内外逆变弧焊电源的发展历程作出了详细的阐述,而且通过分析实际工程中的具体要求大胆提出了逆变弧焊电源的未来的发展趋势,并对模糊PID控制以及软开关技术在逆变弧焊电源的应用进行了简单的分析。
    紧接着详细介绍了逆变弧焊电源涉及的电力电子、模糊PID控制等理论。之后,指出了本文的整个方案设计。随后介绍了系统的硬件电路以及软件设计程序;然后着重研究了模糊PID控制,并且分析了模糊PID与传统PID两种算法处理方案,并将它们的仿真波形进行对比能够明显知晓模糊PID的逆变弧焊电源控制性能更加优秀,验证了模糊PID控制能更好地满足设计要求。
    最后根据自己对整个设计方案的理解,提出了对逆变弧焊电源深层次的研究方向和未来的展望。

    Abstract
    Weld is an important method in process, welding power is the key factor which determines the quality of weld. Inverter welding power has developed rapidly because of its advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, small bulk, light weight and multifunction etc. Fuzzy control has been applied in many fields, with the development of microcomputer technology, it becomes realizable to use fuzzy control in welding power The purpose of this subject is to develop high performance, economical and practical welding power. the newest soft-switch invert technology and advanced fuzzy control method combined to design welding power.
    The main content of this paper is to explore the inverter arc welding power supply based on fuzzy control, constituting the main power routing input rectifier circuit, full bridge inverter circuit, high-frequency transformer, output rectifier circuit, the control system adopts AT89C52 as the core, combining the fuzzy PID algorithm to obtain the required stable output voltage and current.
    Firstly, this paper introduces the research status of arc welding power source which is very important , arc welding power source, and then the history of the development. The inverter arc welding power source are made in detail, and through the analysis of the specific requirements of the engineering practice boldly put forward, what’s more, the fuzzy PID control and the soft switch technology in the application of inverter arc welding power source is the simple analysis.
    The theory of power electronics and fuzzy PID control in inverter arc welding power supply which is introduced in detail. Then, the whole scheme of the paper is pointed out.Then introduced the system hardware circuit and software design procedure. Then it focuses on the study of the fuzzy PID control, analysis of the fuzzy PID ,traditional PID algorithm processing scheme and their simulation which are compared to apparent knowledge of fuzzy PID of the inverter. Verifying the fuzzy PID control can meet the design requirements better.
