摘 要:供水系统是一座城市能够保持正常运行秩序的重要基础工程。随着经济社会的发展,城市化进程的加快,人们对供水系统的要求也在变高。针对当前如商场这样的公共场所或者工厂这样的工作环境中消防供水系统存在的自动化程度不足、能耗高、可靠性低的缺点,本文加以研究分析,设计出了一套基于PLC控制的消防恒压供水系统。
系统中配置了3台30KW的加压泵机组和3台110KW的压载泵机组,运用变频循环运行模式。通过对消防管路内的水压监测,经压力传感器传输,使用PLC可编程控制器和变频器相结合作为主要控制设备对压力信号采集处理,从而控制变频器输出频率,改变加压泵机组转速的大小来改变供水量大小,以此达到消防管路压力保持在设定范围内的目的。本次系统的设计思路清晰,设计出的消防恒压供水系统实用性强,可靠性高,且易于管理维护。

Abstract: The water supply system is an important foundation for a city to maintain normal operating order. With the economic and social development, urbanization process accelerated, people on the water supply system requirements are also high. In order to solve the shortcomings of the lack of automation, high energy consumption and low reliability in the fire water supply system in public places such as shopping malls or factories, such as shopping malls, this paper designs and analyzes a set of fire constant pressure water supply system based on PLC control.
The system is equipped with three 30KW pressurized pump unit and three 110KW ballast pump unit, the use of frequency cycle operation mode. Through the water pressure monitoring in the fire pipe, the pressure sensor is transmitted, and the PLC programmable controller and the inverter are combined as the main control equipment to control the pressure signal to control the output frequency of the inverter and change the speed of the pump The size of the water supply to change the size, in order to achieve the fire pipe pressure to maintain the purpose of the set range. The design of the system clear thinking, designed fire constant pressure water supply system is practical, high reliability, and easy to manage and maintain.
