    摘要旋挖钻机它主要的工作是在建筑基础工程中施工成孔,目前各种钻孔灌注桩工程已在广泛应用旋挖钻机。旋挖钻机可工作在不同的土层中,范围广,也应用在不同的基础地基施工中。在现代的施工机械中,旋挖钻机的应用比较全面也比较方面。旋挖钻机比其他机械器材的特点多、优势明显以及作用范围广,一般的施工现场都能看到它的足迹。35207
        现如今,国外的旋挖钻机的效率以及各方面的综合实力比我国强很多,而且国外的旋挖钻机的牙嵌板啮合检测系统与我国的存在很大的差异,他们有比较先进的显示系统,可以直接显示啮合情况,判断机械的工作状态以及机器的一些其他参数,可以及时发现机器可能发生的故障。通过先进的功能,可以保证生产按时完成,保障机器正常的运转。而我国的却不具有这种功能,功能比较单一。  
        通过思考,我设计的检测系统主要由测量系统和控制系统组成。测量系统主要通过振动测量其啮合的相关参数。我采用了单片机作为整个设计的控制系统。我首先分析旋挖钻机钻杆在正常的施工工作下,然后利用振动传感器来测量啮合时振动的一系列参数,信号通过A/D转换模块传给控制系统,控制方式我选择单片机控制,配合C语言编程语句设计程序,判断啮合情况,达到设计要求,完成任务。

         Now, foreign rotary drilling rig efficiency and the overall strength of the various aspects of a lot stronger than ours, and foreign rotary drilling rig teeth engaging panel is very different detection system and our existence, they have more advanced display systems , can be displayed directly engaging, it is determined mechanical work status and other parameters of the machine, the machine can detect faults that may occur. Through advanced features, we can ensure timely completion of the production to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Moreover, China does not have this feature, a single function.
        By thinking, I designed detection system consists of the measuring system and control system. The main measurement parameters measuring system which engages through vibration. I used the single-chip design of the control system as a whole. I first analyzed drill rotary drilling rig at normal construction work, and then using the vibration sensors to measure a number of parameters when engaging vibration signals by A / D converter module to the control system, control the way I choose MCU control, with C language programming statements the design process to determine the engagement circumstances, meet the design requirements, to complete the task.
