摘要本文是基于单片机设计的电取暖炉软硬件系统,这是一项与人们的日常生活紧密相关的设计。经调查,虽然空调在当今社会已经十分普及,但考虑到空调的使用成本及使用时带来的干燥,蔽塞等不适状况,家用取暖炉仍有很大的市场。取暖炉设计的重点在于温度的采集与控制,随着单片机在小型控制电路中的广泛应用,使用单片机对取暖炉电路进行整体控制,能够满足使用者的绝大部分功能要求。40563
系统的主控制器是AT89C51单片机,温度信号由传感器采集处理,再将最终得到的数值以液晶屏的形式显示,利用加热电阻升温,达到取暖的目的。并且从实际使用情况出发,为整个系统添加了很多实用功能,例如可随个人舒适程度随心调节温度,在环境温度很低需要快速取暖的时候,通过改变加热功率提高加热速度,为避免长时间加热,还能定时开关,并可自行校准显示时间,同时还能自行设置温度上下限报警值,在环境温度过低时起到除霜的作用,在供电系统异常的情况下,能实现电流保护功能,防止线路损坏,时间、温度等信息都将通过液晶屏实时显示,并提供线路各种状态的声光提醒。本系统使用起来非常简便,通过几个按键就能实现全部的功能,并且与传统的取暖器相比更加节能,方便,不会有害健康。

Abstract
The thesis is aimed at the hardware system of microcontroller designed electric heating, and this system is closely related to people’s life. After the research, although air conditioning in contemporary society has been very popular, but taking the use of the cost of air conditioning and the use of dry, ventilation and other uncomfortable conditions into consideration, home heating furnace still has a huge market. Heating furnace is designed a lot for emphasis on the temperature acquisition and control, with the extensive application of SCM in the small control circuit, the use of single-chip microcomputer to control circuit of a heating furnace, can satisfy users for the most of function demanded.
This system uses AT89C51 microcontroller core control, through the temperature sensor DS18B20 for temperature acquisition, and data processing, and will eventually get the temperature value through LCD1602 LCD display, using resistance heating raise the temperature of the environment, to achieve the purpose of heating. And from actual usage of the whole system has added a lot of practical function, such as adjusting the temperature according to the personal comfort degree Xpress, at ambient temperature is very low need rapid heating, heating speed is improved by modifying the heating power, to avoid the heat for a long time, but also the timing switch and self calibration time display, also can set up their own upper and lower limits of temperature alarm value, when the ambient temperature is too low to, in addition to the role of frost, under the abnormal power supply system, to achieve current protection function, avoids damage of circuit, time, temperature and other information through LCD screen real time display, and provide various states of the circuit acousto-optic prompting. The system use is very simple, through several keys will be able to achieve all the functions, and with traditional heater compared to more energy efficient, convenient and is not harmful for health.
