    摘要粉尘是煤矿工作中的一种自然灾害。一旦粉尘浓度达到一定数值,就容易引发爆炸。矿场的工作环境恶劣,一旦发生爆炸事故,矿工的生命就会受到极大的威胁,破坏性强的爆炸会导致矿井摧毁,对经济造成巨大的损失,而且,粉尘还会危害人体健康,在浓度较高的煤矿环境的工作人员来说,患上职业尘肺病的几率较高。为了有效降低粉尘的危害,在矿井工作中已经采用了多种方式和技术,并且所实施的方式效果显著。在众多技术中,喷雾降尘是最为有效和经济的防治措施。本文对超声波雾化及喷雾降尘机理进行了研究。41597
    在整个喷雾除尘系统中,首先要设计出除尘系统的电控系统,然后选择合适的PLC,本设计采用的喷雾除尘方式有手动控制喷雾、通过程序和设备自动控制喷雾两种不同模式,在设计PLC的同时,本文还对粉尘传感器做出了一定的要求与设计,采用的是激光散射原理检测粉尘浓度,能够有效防止光学元件被污染,可长期在线工作。而且,本设计还使用了触摸屏作为人机交互界面。为了完成远距离通信,本文还设计了RS-485通信来将PLC与上位机进行网络连接。同时,进行了控制柜的设计,控制柜在一定程度上对PLC起到了保护作用,同时还在控制柜左右两侧设计了散热孔,保障PLC的工作环境;内部采用卡槽式线路集中布局,使得接线更加有条理。

    Design of spray and dust removal system based on RS485 communication
     Abstract
    Dust is a natural disaster in coal mine work. Once the dust concentration reaches a certain value, it is easy to cause the explosion. In order to reduce the harm of dust, a variety of ways and techniques have been used in the mine, and the effect of the implementation of significant. In many technology, spray dust is the most effective prevention and control measures. In this paper, ultrasonic atomization and spray dust reduction mechanism was studied.
    The spray dust removal system, the first to design a control system of the dust removal system, and then select the appropriate PLC, this design uses the way of spray dust spray with manual control, automatic control of two different modes of spraying through procedures and equipment in the design of PLC; at the same time, this paper also made some design of dust sensor the request is used to detect the dust concentration of laser scattering principle, can effectively prevent the contamination of optical components, long-term online work. Moreover, this design also uses the touch screen as a man-machine interface. In order to complete the long-distance communication, this paper also designed the RS-485 communication to the host computer and PLC network connection. At the same time. The design of control cabinet, control cabinet in a certain extent of PLC played a protective role, but also on both sides of the control cabinet design cooling hole, to guarantee the PLC of internal working environment; The use of card slot type line layout, making the connection more structured.
