    摘要:温度的测量与我们的生活和生产应用是息息相关的,而掌握精准的温度测量参数便显得尤为重要。尤其是科研、制造工业农业及人体温度测量方面的的应用,更需要我们重视。现有的接触式温度计不仅测量不够精准,测量时间较长,而且还存在一些安全隐患,所以随着科学生产技术不断向前迈进,新型的红外测温技术,很好的弥补了传统式温度计的不足。在本论文中,就目前国内的红外测温仪器的发展状况,尤其是医用水银温度计的现状,提出以STC89C51单片机作为整个仪器的核心部件,操控整个仪器,利用OTP-538U热电堆传感器测量温度,这种传感器是一种非接触式传感器,通过放大传送送到A/D模块中,再用A/D模块改成数字信号之后转达到STC89C51上。由单片机负责温度测量、接收信号、并算出被测物体温度,再通过LCD显示器显示数据结果。本文中所研究的温度测量仪是一种新型的非接触式传感器,不用直接与被测物接触,而且测量时间比接触式温度计短,精度和稳定性都比接触式的好,且不容易损坏,便于携带,成本低且不会产生危害,因此具有良好的市场前景。48748

    Design of Portable Infrared temperature measurement system

    Abstract: The measurement of temperature is closely related to our life and production, and it is very important to master the accurate temperature measurement parameters. In particular, the application of scientific research, manufacturing industry, agriculture and human body temperature measurement, we need to pay more attention to. Existing contact thermometer can measure not only is not enough accurate, long time of measurement, but also the existence of some of the security hidden danger, so with scientific production technology continues to move forward, model of infrared temperature measurement technology, a good make up the deficiency of the traditional thermometer. In this paper, the development status of the infrared temperature measurement instrument, especially the status of the medical mercury thermometer, proposed to STC89C51 micro controller as the core components of the instrument, control the whole instrument, using OTP-538U THERMOPILO sensor to measure temperature, the transmission sensor is a kind of non-contact sensor. By amplifying transmission is sent to a / D module, then by the A / D module into digital signals are transmitted to the main chip STC89S51. The micro controller is responsible for the temperature measurement, the receiving signal, and calculate the temperature of the measured object, and then display the results of the data through the LCD display. This paper studies the temperature measuring instrument is a new non contact type sensor, without directly with the measured contact, and the measuring time is shorter than the contact thermometer, precision and stability than the contact of the good and is not easy to damage, easy to carry, low cost and no harm, so it has good market prospects.
