摘要湘湖，是位于杭州萧山的一个湖泊，以其秀丽的风景而被誉为西湖的“姊妹湖”。有人 说关于湘湖的历史就是一部“垦禁史”。事实的确如此，不管古代还是近代，湘湖就一直存 在关于保湖还是废湖、主禁还是主垦的争论。直到民国十六年（1927），湘湖收归国有政府 同意开垦，但之后湘湖地区却出现各种土地产权（简称地权）纠纷。原因何在？因此本文主 要以对相关档案和地方史资料的研究为重点，来研究民国时期湘湖地区的地权纠纷，主要从 背景分析、案例列举以及原因探究三个方面出发，以此来对民国湘湖地区进行新的研究。89191
AbstractXiang Lake, a lake located in Hangzhou Xiaoshan with its beautiful scenery ,is known as the "sister" of the west lake lake。Some people say the history of Xiang Lake is one of a"fighting on reclamation’s history"。It’s true。Indeed ,no matter the ancient or the modern,Xiang Lake has always been fought with protection and reclamation。Until 16 years of the republic of China,Xiang Lake was renationalized and the government agreed to cultivate。But then,Xiang Lake region started to happen lots of disputes about land property rights。What is the reason for it?Consequently, this text will mainly focus on the related files and regional materials to research the disputes over land rights about Xiang Lake region during the Republic of China,by the following three aspects: investigating background;listing causes and exploring origins。Through the above methods,we will begin a new study about Xiaoshan Xiang Lake region during the Republic of China。
