摘要随着光纤激光器在工业和军事领域的广泛应用,对其出射激光的准直性要求越来越高。而光纤激光器输出的激光是发散的非准直光,需要经过准直器件成为准直激光束才能满足需求;同时,其高斯型能量分布限制了其应用,通过光束整形系统可以将其整形为平顶光束。本文对光纤激光器出射激光的准直和整形系统进行了研究,具体内容如下:首先通过校正像差的原理,利用光学设计软件对准直系统进行初始结构设计、建模仿真以及优化,所设计准直系统可以满足四种波长激光的准直要求,由分析可得其出射光束波前差较小,准直性良好,光斑能量集中;然后在兼顾光机配合和散热性能的基础上,利用相关软件对准直器机械结构设计;最后初步研究了基模高斯光束整形的设计方法,并通过相关软件进行验证。32966

Title Research of fiber laser collimation system
Abstract
With the wide application of fiber laser in the field of industry and military, the requirement for the collimation of laser beam is higher and higher. But the output beam of fiber laser is non collimated light, it must be collimated by collimation system to meet the demand; at the same time, the Gaussian intensity distribution limits its application, it can be transformed into Top-hat beam by beam shaping units. In this paper we studied the collimating and shaping system for fiber laser, as follows: first we designed the original structure, the modeling simulation and optimization was processed with optical design software according to elimination of aberration. The designed collimation system can meet the requirements of four wavelength laser collimation, the analysis shows that the output beam wavefront aberration is small, the accuracy of collimation is high, and the energy is well focused. Then based on both optical and thermal performance, the collimator mechanical structure was designed. At last we studied the Gaussian beam shaping design method and use the relevant software for verification.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景
激光是20世纪以来人类的又一伟大发明。目前激光技术正在全球范围内获得越来越广泛的应用。而近年来光纤激光器在由于本身的优点,受到了广泛的关注,得到了飞速的发展。与传统的激光器相比较,光纤激光器具采用固体结构,稳定性与可靠性强;同时,光纤激光器输出的激光不仅光束质量好,而且稳定;而且光纤激光器工作物质为掺杂光纤,可进行盘绕,有效缩小了激光器体积,并且利于散热。加上其能量转换效率高的优点,光纤激光器在通讯、医疗、工业、军事等场合获得了更加广泛的应用[1]。尤其是光纤激光器由光纤出光,其光纤柔软可弯曲盘绕的特性便于激光传输,非常适用于激光加工和激光武器领域。 光纤激光准直出射系统研究:http://www.youerw.com/wuli/lunwen_29783.html
