一、绪论

据CNNIC发布的《第38 次中国互联网络发展状况报告》显示，截至2016年6月，我国网民规模达到7。10亿，半年共计新增网民数达2132万人，半年增长率为3。1%，互联网普及率为51。7%。在移动互联网重新塑造社会生活形态的同时，也在一步步推动着企业发展，互联网的发展对整个社会产生的影响已跨入到一个全新的阶段。
